Our
three Drawbenches are used for a wide variety of section forming. This
operation is suitable for both complex and simple sections, which can be
produced in lengths greater than those available from standard sheet material.

The maximum width of material
that can be formed on a Drawbench is approximately 380mm, with a maximum length
of 8000mm. Draw forming is an ideal process, for prototype and small to medium
production runs.
The
Drawbench process is also ideal for cladding host material, such as wood and
aluminium, with various more expensive materials such as brass and stainless
steel (ranging from 0.5mm to 1.5mm thick). The maximum material thickness that
can be drawn is 2.0mm.
Our Drawbench process has been
successfully employed on many prestigious projects such as Harrods, The Baltic
Exchange, luxury marine craft and various prestigious banks.
